The working process

The bottles (or new bottles) from the bottle washing machine are transported by the conveying line into the bottle washing machine, and the bottles are evenly entered into the bottle dialing wheel through the fixed distance of the bottle feeding screw bottle divider, and the bottles are transferred from the bottle feeding wheel to the bottle clamping position.  The pincers of each station on the rotating platform in turn clamp the bottleneck, and turn the bottles one by one 180 degrees, the bottle upside down, water spray.  The bottles go into the circulating water station and the water purification station in turn, and then turn the pliers to turn the bottles 180 degrees again. When the bottles turn to the bottle out position, the pliers will loosen, and the bottle out wheel will send the bottles to the next process for filling and capping.
