PSA oxygen and nitrogen separation equipment

The regeneration of molecular sieve is realized by rapidly lowering the adsorption tower to the atmospheric adsorption of nco2 and H2O.

The two towers alternatly carry out adsorption and regeneration. complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. and continuously output oxygen. All the above processes are controlled by PLC. When the oxygen purity at the outlet end is less than the set value. the PLC program will open the automatic vent valve to automatically vent the unqualified oxygen to ensure that the unqualified oxygen flows to the gas consumption point.
