BALL SOCKET SUSPENSION INSULATOR:
Description:
The ball and socket suspension insulators are made of fiberglass epoxy core rod, silicon rubber sheds and metal fittings. They are used for rated voltage up to 550 kV power transmission lines supporting, suspending and insulation.
Advantages(comparing with porcelain insulators)
1. Good electrical specification, strong mechanical strength, tensile bending intension of epoxy fiberglass rod of internal load bearing is double than normal rolled products, 8-10 times of high strngth porcelain material..
2. Fine anti-pollution, strong prevent flash accident, and the wet withstand voltage and pollution withstand voltage is 2-2.5 times than the porcelain insulator with same creepage distance.
3. Small volume, light weight, lightness structure, easy for transortation and installation.
